Welcome to Romance Book Junction! We are an active community where romance writers and readers come together. We will host chats, have contests and more.

Remember, ROMANCE is the key word here. If you write something other than romance, please find another network. This network is for the ROMANCE genre ONLY! There are not too many places that romance readers and writers have to call their own. The other genres have lots of places. We want to keep this network STRICTLY ROMANCE!!! All forms of romance are welcome. From sweet to erotic. Just as long as it fits the rules of the romance genre industry.

All members are encouraged to form groups that fit your specific writing/reading style. This will be the best way for readers to find new authors and for authors to find new readers.

Writers are encouraged to shamelessly promote your books. How else will the readers find you? You can post, announcements, videos, pictures, excerpts, etc.

There are just a few rules to keep in mind. The first is to keep it friendly. Please only post kind remarks and be respectful of other members time, privacy and feelings.

The second rule is that in order to comply with Ning policies, we can not post anything erotic or pornographic. (Erotic writers, just watch the excerpts that you post, please.) Members who do this will be jeopardizing the whole group. So, please keep this in mind when posting.

Third, please do not promote businesses and actively seek clients for your business on this network. If your business is romance related, it is fine to mention it on your member page. But, please do not spam the blogs and the members with advertisements and/or constant reminders for your business. Let the members come to you, do not go looking for them. This makes them feel uncomfortable.

Last, please do not promote other, competing social networks here unless you are willing to give this one equal time on the network that you are promoting. Think about it. That's like going into McDonalds and handing out free Burger King samples. :-) Talk to me (Victoria Purling) first and we will work something out.

Members who violate these rules will be reminded once to stop or to remove the offending materials. If they continue, they will be removed and banned.
