When an astrologer told Sally, "Beneath that smart business suit you're wearing beats the heart of a Hussy," she was inspired and started writing erotic romances and teamed up with four other authors to create The Hussies®.

Born in the South and into an Irish/Scottish family meant story telling was a natural part of Sally's life, especially the ghost stories of her state. And, she's had many encounters with real ghosts.

Nowadays, she incorporates many of her paranormal experiences in her books.
