- Cindy Appel works as a freelance manuscript evaluator, book reviewer, web page builder and copy editor. Her non-fiction articles and inspirational essays have appeared in over forty publications. Her writer's guide, "The Curse of the Manuscript-Eating
Slushpile Monster" is based upon her experiences with a major manuscript listing service and submitting her own work to publishers. Writing as Celine Chatillon, she has published numerous sf/fantasy/paranormal erotic-romance tales, including
the "Paranormal Lovers of St. Louis" series and the SF erotic short story collection Heavenly Bodies. Writing as Cynthianna, she has published contemporary romantic-comedies and is branching out into writing fantasy-romantic-comedy as well with her SF fan inspired
