Where did you hear about Romance Book Junction? (Please be as specific as possible. Name names, if you don't mind.)
Gina invited me. This sounds like a great place to be.
Are you a reader or a writer?
Reader, Writer
What sub-genres do you read and/or write
I write Western historical romance set about 1880. And I love to read them, too.
Tell us a little about you:
I'm a native Californian with a career in education. Teaching English helped me hone my own writing and grammar skills. My son and daughter survived my classes and are both recent graduates of University of Southern California. My firefighter husband and I live on the coast with our two black Labs and are the proud and delighted grandparents of a baby boy!
What country do you live in:
USA
What state or province do you live in:
California
If you are a writer, what is your website address (no competing networks allowed):
I see what you mean. You posted it to your comment wall. There are two ways that you can do it. You can click on the forums tab at the top of the page, then scroll down until you see the Contest For Readers forum. Click on that, then start a new topic in there. Or you can post a blog on your page. Somewhere on your page, you should see something that says "my blogs" or "post blog" or something like that. I have blogs posted, so mine says "My Blogs." Not sure what it would say when you haven't yet posted blogs. I don't see it on your page. But, you see your page differently than I do. Can you see it?
To celebrate my publisher’s second birthday –and my recent blog syndication at the Chicago Sun Times!
I’m holding a contest this week. One name will be drawn to win a Starbux gift card and a copy of my recent Western historical release, Midnight Bride…which is getting great reviews.
So come on over to my website and sign the guestbook to enter. How easy is that? www.tanyahanson.com
I also need friends at www.myspace.com/tanyahansonbooks and commentors at my blog

Here’s a bit about Midnight Bride: “Broke and alone, Carrie Smith vows to hold on to the Lazy J-Z, her ramshackle West Texas ranch. Once she locates her late granddaddy's will, she'll find a way out of the predicament his gambling debts have thrust on her.
But instead of a will, cowboy Jed Jones comes to Sweetcream, bearing legal documents forcing their marriage by midnight tonight. Carrie must either take as her husband the handsome stranger with a full pocketbook...or lose her ranch.
Despite wedding a beautiful bride, all Jed wants is the land rightfully due him.
And the chance to find out if Carrie's father killed his own.”
Hope to hear from ya’ll,
~Tanya Hanson

Lovely page. The nice thing about these ning groups is we get to meet authors from other publishing houses. Your Midnight Bride looks interesting. Sometimes I like to curl up with a western.
Thank you for the friendship add. Watch the western sunset and think of your new friend on the westshore of FL. ;o) We sure get some beautiful sunsets on the coast. Get you do, too.
